Licensed Insurance Producer

The Insurance Producer interacts with customers, guiding them through the insurance application and binding processes, servicing their account from inception through renewal, intaking and reporting claims, and handling and resolving complaints. This position allows uncapped potential for growth and earning.
A great candidate must be outstanding at relationship building and dedicated to an impeccable customer service experience. An Insurance Producer is team oriented yet is a self-starter. They present themselves with integrity and professionalism and is a clear communicator. We appreciate those who are willing to quickly and thoroughly learn new skills with the goal of advancement in both personal and professional growth. Dependability and initiative are expected as we work together to serve our clients well.
Other requirements include:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Possesses an active Property & Casualty license in the state of Alabama
- Working knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required
- Insurance sales experience of at least one year preferred

- Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales
- Maintaining a knowledge of the Insurance market and new products
- Recognizing and seeking the opportunity to cross-sell products based on a thorough assessment of the customer’s needs
- Processing and completing endorsements (policy changes) and cancellations, following carrier guidelines
- Organizing and working with detailed records, maintaining updated files for each insured

Insurance CSR (Customer Service Representative)

The Insurance CSR interacts with customers and as a liaison with the Insurance Producer, providing responses to inquiries about obtaining coverage, handling, and resolving complaints, and servicing new and existing accounts. They will also perform routine and moderately complex clerical, administrative and support functions.
A great candidate should be team oriented, yet a self-starter, and present themselves with integrity and professionalism. Insurance CSRs are clear communicators with a customer-focused orientation. We appreciate those who are willing to quickly and thoroughly learn new skills with the goal of advancement in both personal and professional growth. Dependability and initiative are expected as we work together to serve our clients well.

- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum two years customer service experience; education may be substituted for required experience
- Working knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required

- Processing retail agency communication to provide customers the highest level of service and obtain information on account questions
- Preparing and submitting applications to retail agents for binding of new and renewal business
- Entering new and renewal business binding into the company management system, AMS360
- Executing endorsements (policy changes) and cancellations, following guidelines presented in training
- Supporting the retail team by completing additional tasks as needed, including but not limited to inspection report processing and policy auditing
- Organizing and working with detailed records, maintaining updated files for each insured
- Maintaining exemplary customer service rapport by quickly and effectively addressing any needs
- May perform other duties as assigned for the good of clients and the Team
